◆ Prices are subject to change, customers who have purchased prior or are on the waitlist prior are not affected.

◆ Payments are made via VGen or PayPal.
◆ All payments must be paid in full before I start the commission. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.
◆ I will not start on a commission until I receive payment. Please do not send me payment if I have not agreed yet.REVISIONS
◆ After payment, I will start on the sketch and then send it to you for edits/tweaks. If you require a new sketch I will charge a correction fee.
◆ I will contact once more for a base color update. I'm okay with making small changes at this phase, but any large changes will require a correction fee.
◆ After the base color update, I will continue the piece until completion and then send you the full sized clean and watermarked versions.
◆ If you require any editing after it is finished, I will charge a correction fee.
◆ 'Surprise me' commissions have no revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
◆ You will receive your commission within two weeks to three months, depending on your place in line and complexity of request.
◆ Commissions with deadlines will be accepted at 1.5x price.USE
◆ Unless specified as commercial, these commissions are for personal use only. Do not use them for financial gain.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
◆ I retain all artistic copyrights to post/use commission artwork on my social media and in my portfolio unless discussed otherwise. (Terms will vary for commercial use.)
◆ All commissioned artwork posted will have a watermark/signature. Only you will have the full resolution with no watermark or signature. (If the character is copyrighted this will vary.)
◆ Credit must be given to me, Airievui, when commissioned artwork is used (applies to all commissions, personal and commercial).
◆ I may sell fanart commissions of popular game/anime/etc... characters as prints/merchandise.COMMERCIAL USAGE
◆ Services such as Twitch Emotes, Panels, PNGtubers etc... are already priced commercially.
◆ Tier 1: Twitch/Youtube/Twitter/TikTok/Instagram Promotion - 150% base price
Tier 1 includes: drawing used very often in relation to content creation, drawing will be in a starting soon/ending soon/stinger screen/multiple video thumbnails... uses such as profile picture, occasional thumbnails/schedules, etc... are considered personal use.
◆ Tier 2: Patreon Content/Business Cards/Personal Site/Music Video - 200% base price
◆ Tier 3: Selling/Merchandise/Reproduction - 300% base price
